Return and Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

As our products are individually printed to order, we offer no returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes, colors, or designs. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged products: If your product is delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the defect.
• Wrong item delivered: If you have received an incorrect item, please report this within 3 days.
• Lost shipments: If your order does not arrive within 14 days, we will check the shipping status and send a replacement if necessary.

3. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

1. We will send you a confirmation by email.
2. You will receive a refund via your original payment method or a replacement item.
3. Processing can take up to 5 business days.

4. Exceptions & Exclusions

• We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes or colors.
• Personalized items are excluded from returns.
• Beachbodyz assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping provider.
