Return and Refund Policy

1. General provisions

Since our products are printed individually according to order, we offer no return or exchange for incorrectly ordered sizes, colors, or designs. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Return & Refund

We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged products : If your product is delivered defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days after receipt with photos of the defect.
• Wrong item delivered : If you have received an incorrect item, please report this within 14 days .
• Lost shipments : If your order is not received within 14 days arrives, we will check the shipping status and send a replacement if necessary.

3. Refund process

If your request is approved:

1. We will send you a confirmation by email.
2. You will receive a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.
3. Processing can take up to 5 working days last.

4. Exceptions & Exclusions

• We accept No returns or refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes or colors .
• Personalized items are excluded from return .
• Beachbodyz takes over no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping service provider .
