1. Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website of Beachbodyz be made.
(2) Beachbodyz offers Products which are printed specifically according to customer requirements.
(3) Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless Beachbodyz expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
(2) The purchase contract is concluded when the customer, after completing the order process, Order confirmation receives by email.

3. Prices and payment

4. Production & Delivery

(2) Delivery shall take place within European Union via reliable shipping service providers.
(3) Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and are usually 2 -10 working days .
(4) The customer shall bear the shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
(5) Beachbodyz is not liable for delays caused by external shipping service providers.

5. Return & Cancellation

(1) Since it is If the product is a customer-specific product , there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

6. Intellectual Property & Designs

(1) All designs and content on the website are the intellectual property of Beachbodyz or the respective designers.
(2) Customers may only upload their own or licensed designs. Beachbodyz assumes no liability for violations of law caused by uploaded content.

7. Disclaimer

(1) Beachbodyz is not liable for indirect damages , loss of profits or consequential damages.
(2) At force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics) Beachbodyz is not liable for delays or non-deliveries.

8. Data protection

(1) Beachbodyz processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
(2) The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the order.

9. Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for disputes shall be the registered office of Beachbodyz.
(3) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
